[Mute Swans] Chapter 12: A raining day**

She shakes her head, flinging the water away.

When a raining day comes, the baby swans are shielded by the female swan, who continues to do the incubation of the rest eggs.

This week is the sixth.

She obviously become thiner and looks tired.

After couple of hours, feathers of the female get dripping wet.

Baby swan: “mum…mum?”

“mum?”

The female did not respond.

The baby looks innocent.

Their mother is wet through and thorough.
