[Mute Swans] Chapter 15: The first Weekend*

The swan family enjoy their first weekend on the river.

Many people’s families in Cambridge love to enjoy weekend around the river cam, as well as the swan family.

Finally I learned that they got six babies. It means there were eight eggs in the nest. One of baby swans was passed way. A interesting thing is that only five swans followed the parents in the past three or four days. And, the abandoned egg was gone as well- it was finally hatched out?

The six cygnets look very nice.

The parent carefully surround the babies, preventing them from potential dangers.

They are the only swan family around the river in the Cambridge city center.
