[Mute Swan]The year before last

In the year before last, the swans brought three cygnets up.

Time was June in 2006, the same swans nested at the same place. Still bit something when felt bored.

At the moment, there was no punts behind the nest. So most of time the swans face the back as invaders usually come to look for foods.

Time was in June of 2006, baby swans were born.

There were seven or eight eggs. Unfortunately, only thee cygnets survived.

In the end of November of 2006, white wing feathers appeared.

Although small swan large enough,the parents still protected them carefully.

February in 2007, the small swans were 10 moths old. They were still got parents’ concerns.

They were almost adults. After March in 2006, the three small swans were gone. The parents wanted them to be independent so drove them out of this area. They might go to the other area, e.g. Ely and reside there.
